"We may not all have mental illness, but we all have mental health." - Alison Malmon, Founder of Active Minds

The purpose of this organization shall be to increase awareness of mental health issues, provide information and resources regarding mental health and mental illness, encourage students to seek help as soon as it is needed and to work with the mental health community of Ithaca College and the greater Ithaca area. Join Active Minds at Ithaca College, every Tuesday night at 6 PM to discuss a wide variety of topics from National Eating Disorder Awareness month (April) to Seasonal Affective Disorder. We work to advocate, educate, and raise awareness on campus around student's mental health.
