Scheduling a full hour each day dedicated specifically to exercise can be a daunting task, especially when balanced with other work, family, and life commitments. This workshop will be led by Sean Reilley, Program Coordinator at the Fitness Center, and will be an informative and interactive presentation on a variety of ways to achieve maximum health benefits in a minimal amount of time.
