High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT is the concept where one performs a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity, repeatedly, until too exhausted to continue. Weekly Class Schedule

Tuesdays 12:30pm - 1:15pm

Thursdays 5:30pm - 6:15pm

Sundays 5:00pm - 5:30pm

This is particularly true if you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, have experienced chest pain, or become easily short of breath. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. Any exercise program may result in injury.
