Meditation: Relaxing Your Body & Mind
Michael Faber will present a short talk on the benefits of practicing meditation in the workplace, followed by actual practice. Deep Relaxation practice is the most simple and direct way for any human being to learn to care for the location where life is actually taking place - your very own body/mind complex. In the course of an hour you can begin to practice the art of letting go into a state of relaxation and completely refresh yourself in order to be ready for whatever is next in your busy and over-scheduled day. The only requirement is a willingness to try. Please join us for a session of Deep Relaxation and come away rested and renewed.
