Mindful Labyrinth Walk

Meet in the Library's Classroom: Gannett 319 (3rd floor).

A labyrinth is an ancient tool utilized for walking meditation. One person at a time can walk through the labyrinth while contemplating a question or phrase; mindfulness cards that provide such questions can be chosen.

This event is co-sponsored by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life at Ithaca College; they are providing the labyrinth, cards, and student guide.

If you can't make this event, there is a Noon Hour Meditation in the Chapel's Gathering Room every Monday-Wednesday-Friday 12-12:45 pm & Qigong with Anne on Thursdays 12:15-1 pm (see the Chapel's Weekly Gatherings)

Monday, December 9, 2019 at 3:30pm to 4:30pm
