Noon Hour Meditation
The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life and Mindful IC is back this Spring for noon hour meditation! Join us here at noon EST virtually on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. No experience is necessary; guidance is always offered.
After the meditation ends at 12:30, you are welcome to stay for discussion until 12:45 PM. If you don't have access to a meditation pillow here is a great list of alternatives for you to utilize at home.
