SGC Funding Workshops

Attend a Funding Training Workshop sponsored by Student Governance Council!

The Funding Training Workshop is the required training session presented by the VP of Business & Finance for student organizations to attend. This session will review the Allocations Handbook, the funding process, how to submit a budget, and major policies and procedures. After attending this workshop, the student organizations will be able to receive funding from the Student Governance Council. This is open to everyone on campus, but if a student organization wants to be eligible for funding with SGC, the treasurer must attend. This workshop does not count towards SLI credit, but it counts towards recognition credit. The workshops will be held on Thursdays at 11 am until 12 pm ET and Fridays at 9 am until 10 am ET. If these times do not work for you, please email sgcbussiness@ithaca.edu to set up another time.
