Breaking stereotypes about International Students (LDW)
As part of the International Education Month events organized by the International Club, we are presenting a moderated student panel conversation centered on the theme of Breaking Stereotypes about International Students. One of the topics we would like our international student panelists to discuss is about the different facets of being international in general. What makes a student “international”? Is it necessarily having a different country of citizenship or a visa status? We will also invite our panelists to share how they answer the question of 'Where are you from?' because that is where many stereotypes begin. Presented by Heetisha Inderjeet, Co-President of International Club.
