Breathe in… and bubble! Join the Center for Student Success on Thursday, May 1st for a wide range of bubble activities to de-stress before finals. Pop by anytime on the Academic Quad from 12 - 4pm.
"Bubble therapy," or using bubbles as a tool for relaxation and mindfulness, can be a simple yet effective way for adults to manage stress and anxiety by focusing on breathing and sensory experiences. RAIN DATE TUES MAY 6TH
