Consensus-building is a critical leadership skill as leaders want everyone in the group to be on board with how the group moves forward. It's important to make sure all stakeholders have their voices heard and buy into what the group is doing. In this session we will complete a consensus-building simulation activity and then discuss how to apply these skills in our roles as student leaders.
