In this active learning session, we will explore a leadership model that considers multiple approaches to organizational issues and change, builds on natural strengths, enhances collaboration, and supports the development of personal statements for resumes. Participants will explore Bolman and Deal's Four Frames model through a personal exercise and consider how to effectively lead others through organizational challenges and change.
