The Emerging Leaders Weekend retreat is a program designed by the Office of Student Engagement and the Office of New Student and Transition Programs for all first-year and transfer students at IC. Together, our offices encourage emerging leaders to discuss their personal thoughts on leadership,  connect with like-minded students, and further their involvement at the college. In addition, Emerging Leaders Weekend gives students a chance to enhance their collegiate experiences by building on their strengths and becoming a positive change agent on campus and beyond.

Emerging Leaders Weekend is held on campus on Friday, February 24th, 4pm-9pm and Saturday, February 25th, 10am-6pm.  There is no cost to students to participate and all materials, meals, and snacks will be provided.  Participants are required to attend the entirety of the program.

The registration form will open on January 9, 2023 and will close on February 10, 2023 at 11:59pm.
