Feedback is a Gift (Leading Others)
When praise, criticism, and advice are delivered well, the result can be meaningful growth and mastery. However, there are some things people do when delivering feedback that can be quite damaging. The spectrum ranges from never giving feedback at all, to delivering it in such careful terms that the recipient does not understand she is being corrected, to being aggressively obnoxious. Participants in this session will learn the sweet spot for providing feedback, and get a chance to walk away with a practical new skill! This session is part of the Creative Leadership Series! Every Wednesday from 4-5pm during Block I, come and hone your creative thinking skills at a series of engaging SLI presentations!
