Feelings, Thoughts and Actions: Learning About Self-Regulation and Mindfulness (Leading Self)
In this session we will talk about the connection between feelings, thoughts, and actions. We will look at the benefits of self-regulation and mindfulness skills and how they can be employed in everyday life. We will work through activities that will allow you to try out a range of self-regulation techniques so you can start constructing a toolkit that suits you.
