Trust is fundamental to any successful team, whether it be in a student organization or the workplace. People who work in high-trust environments report greater engagement, productivity, energy, and satisfaction. It is important for student leaders to create an environment where their peers can trust them, and also where they can trust their peers. This mutual trust leads to an organization that can function at the highest levels. Join this session to discuss how and why to spend time building trust in the organizations you lead. We will also practice some activities you might do with your teammates to foster trust.
