Get in the spirit of Valentine's Day and get some mental health support on your way to class or lunch! Active Minds at Ithaca College will be handing out hot cocoa and donuts in the Campus Center Lobby. There will be an option to "take an affirmation, leave an affirmation" with pens and heart-shaped paper as well in the spirit of Valentine's day.
