IPE Workshop: What are Microaggressions? (Leading in a Diverse World)

IDEAS Peer Educators (IPEs) will be introducing and defining what a “microaggression” is, and what it can look like, as well as examples of bias to introduce students to the content. Students should expect to learn about different types of microaggressions, and spend time working through scenarios covering how microaggressions impact our campus community. Presented by Makiyah Adams and Gabrielle Tola, IDEAS Peer Educators.
