Ithaca is GREEN

Take a lunch break to talk about what's on your plate and learn about the different food that the Ithaca Community has to offer. In this presentation you will learn about the various venues in Ithaca where you can get fresh, local, sustainable food. We will also discuss how to incorporate this into your regular diet as well as its general implications on the sustainability and food justice movements. This session will be facilitated Sam Stafford, Assistant Director of Residential Education and Assessment. In her spare time she loves to cook and garden, and has led programming on food justice for students.
