Knowledge is Power: Your Legal Rights During Job Offers & Negotiations (LS)

In this three-part series, Cheryl Rotyliano (Career Services) and Emily Rockett (IC Assistant Counsel) are partnering to help students advocate for themselves in the workplace.

Students will be introduced to some of the terminology associated with job offers that impact workers’ rights during employment. We’ll also discuss requirements for employers to offer benefits like health insurance as well as provide gender equity under the Equal Pay Act.
