Many times in society, we use "leading" and "managing" interchangeably, without a second thought! As the kickoff SLI in the Emotional Leadership Toolbox series, Connor Watson '23 will discuss the key differences between leading and managing, and how we can strive to all be the best LEADERS possible! This session is highly interactive; please come prepared to collaborate with the whole group and brainstorm different ideas (and names!). The Emotional Leadership Toolbox series does not require that one attends all of the SLIs. Please feel free to come to just one or all four or any combination; if you are unable to attend one of the sessions but would still like the content, please contact the SLI team to reach out to the presenter.
