This SLI is intended for Office of Student Engagement Student Organization E-Board members. If you are not a student organization leader, please register for a different SLI. This workshop will provide attendees the opportunity to explore their personal leadership style and how to utilize their preferences to be a great leader for their student organization! Topics we will cover include conflict management and having difficult conversations, learning to delegate, and building a team. All officers are welcome to attend this workshop, not just presidents!
 
This workshop will count towards maintaining recognition credit; you must RSVP at least 24 hours in advance or recognition credit will not be given.
 
The workshop will be facilitated by Carli McConnell '24, a Student Leadership Consultant (SLC) who serves on the Student Organization Specialist (SOS) Team in the Office of Student Engagement.
