Happy Leap Day! Let's celebrate by learning about Tuckman's five stages of group development. We'll discuss the characteristics of each stage, consider activities to do with a group in each stage, and share strategies for helping a group move effectively (you might say, leap) through the various stages. You'll leave ready to lead a group from forming to adjourning!
