Mindfulness Meditation for Challenging Times

Mindfulness is our ability to be present and aware of ourselves. By paying attention to what is happening in and around us, we can make space for our overwhelming emotions. This presence becomes more natural when we engage in a daily practice. Over the course of this 6 week class, we will learn a Mindfulness Meditation technique and work on designing a daily habit. This 45 min. online class will meet at 6 pm on the following Wednesdays:03/31, 04/07, 04/14, 04/21, 04/28, 05/05.

No prior meditation experience required. Open to students, faculty and staff this class is for beginners as well as for those looking to refresh their existing practice. Sponsored by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life and Mindful IC.

Please register here and we will send you the Zoom link for the class. Spaces are limited, the last day to register is March 29, 2021.
