Noon Hour Meditation

The Office of Religious and Spiritual Life and Mindful IC is back this Fall for noon hour meditation! Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the Muller Chapel Gathering Hall. No experience is necessary; guidance is always offered.

After the meditation ends at 12:30, you are welcome to stay for discussion until 12:45 PM.
