"Open-When" Letters to Yourself!
Join us through a guided workshop on writing "open when" letters to ourselves! This is typically a gift some people give to friends or family, but we want to encourage students to write these letters to themselves as a way to practice self care. Some examples might be: open when... you're feeling sad, happy, insecure, grateful, etc. We will provide paper, pens, pencils, markers, envelopes, and stickers!
