Mindful IC and the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life invite you to our Realization Process Meditation and Qigong Movement Meditation sessions every Monday starting at 5:00pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to cultivate mindfulness, connect with others, and nurture your well-being.

Realization Process Meditation Practices

When: Mondays, 5:00 to 5:30 pm
Where: Muller Chapel
Join us for Realization Process Meditation, a practice designed to help participants foster a sense of presence and clarity. No matter your experience level, come as you are, and let's share this experience together!

Qigong-Movement Meditation

When: Mondays, 5:30 to 6:15 pm
Where: Muller Chapel
Following the Realization Process Meditation, immerse yourself in the flowing movements of Qigong. This ancient Chinese practice harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit, promoting balance and vitality. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, all are welcome to participate.

Feel free to come by after work, class, or any other commitments. No prior experience is necessary—just bring yourself!
