Self-Compassion Will Make You a Better Leader (Leading Self)
The world needs leaders who connect and uplift others, and this starts by exercising kindness towards yourself. Self-compassion skills help us be kind and caring toward ourselves rather than being critical and judgmental. During this workshop, you will get a chance to practice self-compassion and learn how to implement that kindness to yourself in your daily life. You will get to practice methods to appreciate and support yourself during times when you feel inadequate.
