About this Event
Are you a people pleaser or a stickler for perfection? Maybe you run away from any form of conflict or negativity, or have an internal voice that demands you stay in control at all times. In this session, attendees will take a reflective assessment and, using the work of Shirzad Chamine and his focus on positive intelligence, discuss strategies for overcoming thought patterns that sabotage and hijack the way we feel, think, and act. Once you understand what is behind self-sabotage, you can develop positive, self-supporting behaviors to keep you on the right track.
