DESCRIPTION:The Students for Social Change Retreat is designed to empower s
 tudents to explore their passions in social justice\, understand the rich 
 history of student activism\, learn from experienced activists\, and equip
  themselves with the tools and strategies needed to create meaningful chan
 ge. Throughout the day\, students will engage with expert speakers\, parti
 cipate in dynamic workshops\, and collaborate with peers to discover how t
 hey can contribute to the social justice movements that matter to them.\n\
 nThis year's theme will follow these guiding questions:\n\nHow do you cont
 inue to live your life in the midst of chaos without becoming overwhelmed\
 , disassociated\, or apathetic?How do you sustain yourself in this work an
 d find meaning when the world seems to say you don’t matter?
