About this Event
In this interactive session, we will dive deep into the unseen forces that shape our experiences in organizations and on campus. Using the metaphor of an iceberg, we'll explore how individual, institutional, and cultural factors contribute to oppression and inequity, often hidden beneath the surface. Through a hands-on activity and a thought-provoking video, we’ll uncover how these elements are interconnected and why they matter in our daily lives. The session will conclude with a discussion on how the Titanic metaphor illustrates the dangers of ignoring what lies beneath, emphasizing the importance of awareness and action in creating an inclusive environment.
