About this Event
There is a lot of wisdom in silliness. In this session, you will learn about some principles used in mime performance and how they can be applied to your work and daily life. The presentation will stress the positive effects that imagination can have on a person's emotional health. The metaphor of "be like mimes" will run through the presentation as we draw similarities between how mimes solve problems in sketches and how we might solve problems in our daily lives, i.e. mimes get outside, they follow a three-step decision-making protocol, and they respect each other's pursuit of creative solutions.
