The Introverted Leader (Leading Others)
Whether you tend to be more extroverted or more introverted, everyone can benefit from learning more about the introvert's approach to leadership. Traditional leadership norms often emphasize charisma, assertiveness, and ability to speak in front of a large crowd. These traits are usually more associated with extroverts, but introverts bring so many other critical skills to their leadership. Come to this session to learn more about the introverted leader and leave with the skills you need to be (or support) an introverted leader!
