Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
**Zoom meeting information will be sent to registered participants 20-30 minutes before the class start time**
Weekly Class Times
Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm (Fitness Center)
Wednesdays 5:00pm - 6:00pm (Fitness Center)
Fridays 3:00pm - 4:00pm (Zoom)
Consult your primary care provider prior to engaging in this program or another other fitness program. This is particularly true if you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, have experienced chest pain, or become easily short of breath. It is your responsibility to evaluate your own medical and physical condition and determine whether to use or modify any information that is presented here. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. Any exercise program may result in injury. By voluntarily undertaking any exercise part of this program you assume the risk of any resulting injury.
