Virtual Flourish & Flow Yoga Studio: Slow Flow Yoga

Now, more than ever we need the practice of yoga and meditation. Taking a pause from the chaos/panic/media/anxiety is essential self care. With the movement towards practicing mindful social distancing, we are moving our classes to virtual classes (until further notice) by going live on Facebook at *most* of our usual class times. Donations are gratefully accepted (but not necessary) to help us ride this wave alongside all of our local small businesses. To participate, simply go to our Facebook page at the class time and we will be streaming live from the studio!
