Winter Break in NYC: Visit Horizon Media
Join Career Services during Winter Break as we hit the road, hosting visits to companies and nonprofits in NYC and Boston! These visits offer the opportunity for you to network while you learn about an organization and industry. While we hope that your participation positively impacts your career, these visits are not recruiting events. Visits are open to students in any major and class year. Space is limited and registration for each unique event is required.
Horizon Media is a full service media agency specializing in complete brand strategy, communications planning and activation across all traditional and emerging channels, including digital, social and mobile. These services include consumer insights, channel insights, creative media services, creative digital services, campaign measurement, dashboards and analytics, media research, competitive research, direct marketing, creative traffic services, sports and entertainment marketing, and trade and barter services. Meet with alumni and learn all about this exciting organization.
* Registration is open and is first-come, first-served. There are 2 spots available for this opportunity and you will be added to the wait list if the slots are already full when you submit the registration form. Completing the registration form for this trek confirms your commitment to attend the event. We will notify you via e-mail to confirm that you are registered for the trek (or on the wait list if applicable). While we are not able to coordinate or purchase your travel, lodging, meals, etc. associated with participation, we do have a limited amount of funding assistance available to help with travel costs. The application for travel assistance must be printed and submitted to the Office of Career Services by 9:00am on Monday, December 9th.
Monday, January 6 at 10:00am to 12:00pm
Individuals who would like to request accessibility accommodations should contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that requests be made as soon as possible to ensure they can be met.
