Resiliency relies on your ability to show up for yourself and your community in the joyful, the difficult, and the mundane circumstances you face throughout your life. Living truthfully and compassionately, serving as an authentic leader in these situations comes from a place of self-understanding and establishing an optimal lifestyle for your unique needs and aspirations. During this session we will practice tangible strategies to balance action and rest in your daily schedule, reconsider care of self as a non-negotiable, and examine opportunities to create healthy, compassionate boundaries.
