Your body and mind need slow space to access your intentional and creative power, space to tap into your intuition. One of the most potent choices you can make is creating a pause in your day. During this session we will practice space-making strategies you can utilize in your routine - before making decisions, starting a new task, establishing goals, working in teams, engaging in difficult conversations, as you prepare for sleep, and as you wake up for a new day. When the systems around us demand more, perfection, and compliance, this pause becomes an act of resistance, self-preservation, and self-care. It moves us from a place of constant reaction to alignment with values, meeting needs, and genuine care for self and our larger community.
