Workshop - Creating a Minimalist Canvas Site

In this session, participants will learn the basics of getting a simple no-frills Canvas site up and running. We will work through a Plan, Build, Publish process so that you can be confident that you will be ready by semester startup.  This is a working session so you will work along some guided prompts to make progress to your published Canvas course site that helps your students.

Intended Audience: Faculty who want to use Canvas to share course material and use a few of the tools such as Assignments and Announcements.

Prerequisite: You should have logged into Canvas and authenticated with Duo. A draft syllabus.

This session will be held through a Zoom meeting. Please complete the Zoom Registration form found on IC Engage. Once registered, check your IC email for the link to the Zoom meeting.
