Zumba is a dance aerobics class that is effective for building cardiovascular endurance and is open to all skill levels. Participants will be introduced to a variety of Latin and International music, making the class unique and full of energy.
**Zoom meeting information will be sent to registered participants 20-30 minutes before the class start time**
Weekly Class Schedule
Wednesdays: 5:00pm - 5:45pm

This is particularly true if you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, have experienced chest pain, or become easily short of breath. It is your responsibility to evaluate your own medical and physical condition and determine whether to use or modify any information that is presented here. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain, or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately. Any exercise program may result in injury.
